Wisconsin Democrat Rep. Steve Kagen will face Reid Ribble (R), a political newcomer, in 2010.  Kagen won his district by 8% in 2008, as did President Obama, but the NRCC believes Ribble has a chance.

“Kagen’s vote for a trillion-dollar stimulus bill undoubtedly would have come back to haunt him, but Reid Ribbles candidacy presents an even steeper uphill battle for a Kagen re-election,” Paul Lindsay, an NRCC spokesman, said in a statement.
