Ned Lamont is now considering a run for governor of Connecticut. Lamont made a name for himself by winning the 2006 Democratic primary over Sen. Joe Lieberman before losing to him in the general election.
Lamont is unlikely to decide until next year, but he is capable of funding a robust campaign with his personal wealth.
